DRLA’s legal team is proud to advocate for the rights of people with disabilities through cases seeking systemic change.

Litigation is the process of settling a dispute in court. Disability Rights Louisiana takes cases that seek to change systems for the better for a great number of people with disabilities across the state, in order to achieve lasting effects beyond the particular case involved. Advocating for skilled nursing services for qualified children.
