On April 29, 2020 DRLA’s Financial Access Inclusion & Resources (FAIR) program manager Libby Whiteside presented to a national network of financial coaches on a panel about program resiliency during the COVID-19 pandemic. During her presentation, Libby discussed how the FAIR program has pivoted to meet the needs of clients and continue providing case management and financial coaching services in the face of COVID-19.
